About Us

Welcome to International Peace Advocacy Services (PAI)

At PAI, our Think-tank is dedicated to fostering global harmony through innovative peace-building strategies and expert consulting services.

Our unique approach ensures sustainable and effective outcomes.

Our mission is to make a difference through a new collective strategic peace-building initiative, addressing the root causes of protracted Palestinian-Israeli conflict, through engaging, and empowering the relevant affected governments of the Near & Middle East, including individuals and communities of the region for proactive change, in order to promote security, peace and economic prosperity in the region.

Our Story

Founded in 2017 by Dr. Mohamed Al-Mulla,, President and Founder of PAI, and  a former senior United Nations official with extensive expertise in international relations and diplomacy, PAI was created to address the protracted Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the pressing need for innovative approaches to collective peace-building. Driven by a vision of global harmony, we are dedicated to advancing sustainable peace, security, and economic prosperity, particularly in the Near and Middle East region.

Our unique approach combines rigorous assessment, customised strategies, and ongoing support to ensure effective and lasting outcomes. We believe in the power of inclusive collective peace and security and strive to introduce a new geopolitical Pact for peace-building in the Near and Middle East, based on our innovative strategic Concept: New Dimension: Towards regionalization, and institutionalization of building viable, long-term & sustainable security, peace and economic prosperity in the region, through the establishment of a new geopolitical Pact, inline with the UN Charter.

The novelty of our Strategic Concept emanates from the fact that it will utilize an often-missed opportunity to give the states of Israel due consideration as full-fledged member of the UN through its integration and inclusion in the new suggested Pact as one of the Pact's founding members, among the other relevant constituencies which have been affected by the protracted Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Establishing a customized regional Pact that includes the State of Israel as its founding member would provide significant benefits, allowing Israel to smoothly integrate into the region effectively. This integration presents an invaluable opportunity for Israel to engage in regional initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful political, social, and economic development, since Israel has been excluded from participation in  the existing regional organizations such as the GCC, the Arab League, and ESCWA until now.

Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is to promote sustainable security, peace and economic prosperity in the Near and Middle East through a variety of innovative initiatives, and awareness-raising activities. We envision a world where conflicts are resolved peacefully, trust is built among relevant states and their communities, and disputes are addressed constructively through direct negotiations and consensuses building. Our ultimate goal is to work towards a two-state solution, promoting economic integration among states of the region that would foster security, stability and peace in the region.

Our Outreach to the United States: August 2026

We reached out to the White House in Washington, D.C., to gain political support for the establishment of our proposed new pact aimed at promoting peace in the Middle and Near East. A memorandum was sent to the President of the United States and the Vice President, outlining our vision and the potential benefits of this initiative. Our goal is to foster stability and cooperation in a region that has faced significant challenges. We believe that with the right support and collaboration, we can make substantial progress towards lasting peace. This initiative is not just about diplomacy; it is about building relationships and understanding the diverse needs of the communities involved. We are committed to engaging with all stakeholders to ensure that our proposed pact is comprehensive and inclusive. Together, we can work towards a brighter future for the Middle and Near East, where peace and prosperity can thrive.

Reaching Out to the State of Qatar August 2026

The ongoing war in Iran has highlighted a significant flaw in the architecture of security in the Near and Middle East: the absence of an inclusive regional security mechanism. The recent emergence of military coalitions, such as the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement, underscores this gap. Traditional bilateral mediation efforts have become exhausted, revealing their limited utility in addressing the complex security challenges faced by the region. As tensions escalate and conflicts persist, it is increasingly clear that a more collaborative and comprehensive approach to regional security is necessary. Without an inclusive framework that brings together diverse stakeholders, the potential for sustained peace and stability in the Middle East remains elusive.
